新特性

此版本需要 Spring Framework 6.2。

引入了方便的 ConsistentHashExchange 和相应的 ExchangeBuilder.consistentHashExchange() API。

现在应该使用 retry_count 头，而不是依赖服务器端对 x-death.count 属性的递增。
